Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Urbano Fashion account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the box before sealing it securely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
